Hey everyone! Sorry there were no posts last week, it was a really busy week for me with work & I also had my biopsy last week as well so I was recovering from that. I’ve been meaning to post this recipe for a few weeks now… peanut butter cookies are my favourite kind and they’re often flourless which just makes them even better. Here is my favourite take on peanut butter cookies! And it’s a gluten free take, of course ;)
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 Teaspoon baking powder
• 1 Teaspoon honey
• 1 Egg
Mix together, (I find using your hands is messier, but works better) and roll into small balls. Line a pan with parchment paper. I like to sprinkle a little extra sugar on top after I press them with a fork. Cook at 350F for about 10 minutes.
Easy easy easy!! And super tasty. My sister hates everything I make that’s gluten free/flourless… even she was eating these babies!

I love that H&M is a company that’s concerned with sustainability and using greener materials. Their upcoming Concious Collection only uses green fabric & materials. It hits stores this Thursday, April 14th.
The company uses organic cotton & linen, recycled polyester, tencel. They also use reusable plastic totes instead of boxes for shipments and their plastic bags and hangers are made from recycled plastic every day.
The collection features paler tones (mostly whites, creams, and light pinks) and really unique textures and shapes to add some delicate details to the ‘lack of colour’ in it. I cant wait for this to hit stores!
All photos are from H&M’s website.

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I got to spend it with some amazing friends, who are all graduating this year & going on new adventures. We went to the zoo, spent the day together, had a potluck, did a champagne toast & shared our favourite memories from the group, and then went out for the night! Fun fun fun!
Finally a better picture of my new mug, that I got from here on Etsy. You can pick between 4 vintage backgrounds, and have the letter of your choice printed on it. The quality is really great! This photo is a part of my new photo series, Sunday Tea for One. Normally every sunday I use vintage tea cups (as I mentioned before) but it was my first day having this baby so I wanted to use it. This will be my new everyday tea mug :)!
Organic Bath Salts!! They smell amazing!! My grandmother won these in her first Bridge game the other week, and gave them to me because the design reminded her of my room plus because they’re organic! :). This will give you an idea as to what my room looks like:
The colours are a little off in this photo – the pink is more deep, and there is normally clothes all over the place but you get the idea. ;)
What did you do this weekend?!

I know I’m late posting my One of a Kind Toronto Show post… but it’s taking me a while. I just don’t want to post something that’s half-assed (pardon my french) when all those lovely artisans spent so much time creating their stuff! I also haven’t posted anything in a few days, so here are some updates!
• In my last post, I posted about the 30 days of list project I’m doing. I have decided that rather making posts here, I’ll add a set to my flickr account to update daily and will just do a quick post here every 10 days.
• I’m on a gluten free diet most of the time… but right now. I’m getting some tests done on the 20th that require me to have gluten in my system. I’m happy that I only have a few weeks left before I stop eating it again.
• I’m going to visit my friends in my old Univeristy town this weekend. A large chunk of them graduate shortly, and will be moving away - most to places I will be unable to visit easily. So it’s a bittersweet visit.
And last but not least… this:
I’ll take a better pic later to show it off properly, but I couldn’t be happier with it :)
