January 19th, 2012 | Instafriday! (er… thursday..)

Oh my, it’s been a while isn’t it! December was a crazy busy month for me between holiday hours & the actual holidays! My grandmother also had a spill and wound up in the hospital and is still recovering. So sorry I’ve been absent, but I took a much needed break! Here is what my December looked like!

I’m so behind I have so many things to fill you in about! I’m sorry for the delay, but there will be one or two more Christmas themed posts as I want to share with you everything I got up to on the holidays! I’ll try to space them out a bit so its not Christmas-Overload! More recently…

♥ I’ve been addicted to this new little Chinese take-out place this month
♥ I won these lovely Blowfish shoes thanks to the Violet Bella blog!
♥ Made two new recipes I will posting soon! Meatloaf cupcakes & Cajun Chicken & Mango tacos!
♥ Did a photoshoot this past weekend for this little project I’m working on. So far, it’s going really well! You can read about it here!
♥ Cupcake candles! Red velvet, vanilla, and strawberry.

Whew. That was a mouthful! What have all of you been up to?

    looks like you’ve had some pretty fun times going on Kait! i was sorry to read about your grandmother though and wish her well. i understand about those kind of spills, my Nana’s and Mom have had them too and boy does it ever wreak havoc on their bones. i surely hope she is on the mend now!!!

    um, cupcake candles?! say no more, i’m in!!!! and this new project sounds very interesting too, gonna check it out asap. cheers to a wonderful rest of the weekend.

      Thank you so much for your well wishes. She’s on the road to recovery now! She’s in a rehab center for the next few weeks but is up and walking more each day!

      They make me want cupcakes sooo badly when I burn them. Only problem is right now we have no oven as ours broke on the weekend and the new one was delayed and won’t arrive until the end of the week. They are giving me the worst cravings I can’t cure!! hah!
