February 20th, 2011 | Creamy Chicken Alfredo

A few nights ago I really wanted to have pasta for dinner, but didn’t have any pasta sauce. So I looked in the pantry at our soups and found Campbell’s Creamy Chicken Soup and decided to make a pasta sauce out of that and created this delicious meal. This recipe feeds 4-5 people, depending on the portion size, and is super fast, easy and most importantly tasty!


1. 2 Cans of Campbell’s Creamy  Chicken Soup
2. 1 Can water
3. 1/4 Cup milk
4. 3-4 Heaping tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
5. Chopped tomatos
6. Grilled chicken breast strips
7. Peas
8. White onion
9. 1 tsp garlic salt


Heat soup on med-low  and 1 can of water in a large pot, add 1/4 milk and stir slowly while cooking pasta in a separate pot. Add garlic salt. Grill the onion in a frying pan. Once the sauce is hot stir in the peas,  tomato slices and onion. Serve the dish topped with the grilled chicken strips and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
