April 11th, 2011 | Weekend, and new things!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I got to spend it with some amazing friends, who are all graduating this year & going on new adventures. We went to the zoo, spent the day together, had a potluck, did a champagne toast & shared our favourite memories from the group, and then went out for the night! Fun fun fun!

Finally a better picture of my new mug, that I got from here on Etsy. You can pick between 4 vintage backgrounds, and have the letter of your choice printed on it. The quality is really great! This photo is a part of my new photo series, Sunday Tea for One. Normally every sunday I use vintage tea cups (as I mentioned before) but it was my first day having this baby so I wanted to use it. This will be my new everyday tea mug :)!

Organic Bath Salts!! They smell amazing!! My grandmother won these in her first Bridge game the other week, and gave them to me because the design reminded her of my room plus because they’re organic! :). This will give you an idea as to what my room looks like:

The colours are a little off in this photo – the pink is more deep, and there is normally clothes all over the place but you get the idea. ;)

What did you do this weekend?!

What a pretty mug! Adding that to my wishlist, ha! It looks like a nice & big mug, too. My favourite! What a great Sunday feature.

Hehe your grandma winning those bath salts reminds me of my nana. She plays euchre every Wednesday & wins prizes almost every time. She always just gives them away to me or my sister or my mom! The packaging on those bath salts are so pretty. & so is your room! I love the colours all together.
